Rachel Griffiths, Partner – Reputation Consultancy
Rachel has over 15 years experience in corporate reputation management working across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, retail, foodservice, and financial services.
Those who have benefited from her approach include the public and private sectors and clients such as Whitbread, Marks and Spencers, Cadbury, Kelloggs and The Co-operative Group
Rachel has worked extensively with the UK’s Mutual Insurance Sector where, as Deputy Chief Executive of the Association of Mutual Insurers, she led 13 Chief Executive Officers in a stakeholder engagement campaign to enhance the reputation of the sector among consumers, the regulator, media and government. She has recently supported the UK's Co-operative Sector in developing and launching 'Co-operatives Fortnight', the first national public relations and public affairs campaign to raise awareness of the Co-operative model.
Her work in how ‘reputation management affects the bottom line’ has seen her deliver a Reputation Management Conference with the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations). A regular speaker at industry events, Rachel has delivered keynote speeches including 'Rebuilding The Reputation of Financial Services' and ‘Reputation and the opportunity for the mutual insurance sector’ at the ICMIF The International Co-operative and Mutual Insurance Federation Conference in Toronto.
Rachel is a trained Co-active Coach, has an honours degree in Communications and Media and is an accredited practitioner of the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations).
Steve Leigh, Partner – Reputation Consultancy
Steve is an experienced PR and reputation consultant who helps clients maximize the impact, creativity and effectiveness of communications for their businesses and brands.
He has worked across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines, from running major campaigns for brands including Heineken and The National Lottery, to tackling sensitive communications challenges for organisations such as the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.
Steve is also used to advising clients on how to incorporate digital thinking into their communications, establishing digital PR strategies for clients as well as carrying out training for in-house PR and marketing teams.
Steve trained as a lawyer before becoming a PR professional in 1994. Prior to jointly founding Reputation Consultancy, he held senior director-level positions at a number of respected PR consultancies.
